  4. Avoid Gossip – Maintaining confidentiality and refraining from gossip builds trust and integrity, making you a reliable colleague.
  5. Inquire and Learn – Don’t hesitate to ask questions. It demonstrates your interest in your role and your commitment to doing things correctly.
